not hula-related
It is with great sadness that I say "aloha `oe" to Steven Clark. Steve was 27 years old and leaves a three year old daughter, Whitney.
Steve has been active in volunteering his services in helping veterans and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him and loved him. He will be sorely missed, but will live on as inspiration for many. Click here (and select segment 6) to watch a very touching video produced by the NVF that features Steve and the incredible work that he did on behalf of homeless veterans.
Donations may be made in Steve's name to the National Veterans Foundation at 9841, Airport Blvd., Suite 512, Los Angeles Ca 90045.

saturday! snow day at pantera park...
i don't know the details, so if you're planning on performing, ASK SOMEONE! =) similar format as Christmas party and Ho`olauale`a - bring whatever dresses you have and we'll figure out the line up once we know who's there. if you come, you WILL dance.
if you can get there with you're hair already in a bun, do so. (i think call time is 9:30am, but again, i'm not sure).
aloha!

Uncle's X-mas present!
Hi everyone,
I just wanted to remind you to look for Carole and I in the parking lot this Monday and Wednesday before class to help finish uncle's present. Does anyone come on Tuesday only? If so, I'd be happy to come Tuesday as well.
I know Carole and I haven't spoken to everyone regarding this escapade, so if you haven't heard from us, consider this a heads up that a plan is afoot. Look for the blond and brunette haoles in the parking lot!
Cheers,
Laura
