I received permission from Uncle to video tape the dances [because I'm unable to learn just by copying... my memory must work another way.... and I'm getting a little frustrated that each Monday seems like a whole new day'
Well, the long and short of it is; the family that I have here [having just returned to CA and had no time to make friends other than you folks] doesn't have a camcorder nor friends that have 'em.
Does anyone have a recording device that I can borrow on a Monday and return the tape next Monday? I'm hoping that there is a place -- like there is in Missouri to change tapes to DVD's.

Hi Ivy,
Carole and I almost always bring a digital cam to class--we can certainly bring it tonight (Monday). It records directly onto DVD--is that okay? Uncle usually has a tripod lurking in the classroom, too.
What time is papa hula? I'm usually there by 6:45, but I'm more than happy to come earlier so you can use the cam.
